About this House

Home located on just over 4.5 acres. Estate situation and heirs do not want to get in to making repairs so they have priced accordingly for As-Is Sale. We just had the interior of the home painted. Very large living room with beautiful wood burning fireplace. Florida room with lots of light and windows. 4 bedrooms with nice sized closets. 2 HVAC units which appear to have been replaced about 2004. Termite bond with Terminex in place. Double garage separated by a breezeway. Roof is newer but we are unsure of age.

    "I have lived here for a year and am surprised I haven't been robbed yet. Seriously, if you're going to live in this city live on the south side, not the north..or don't live here. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
