Convenient location to the Springfield Plaza (15-20 minute walk) and Springfield Town Center (Mall, 8 minute drive).

Free street parking and all utilities included in the rent (electric, gas, water, trash, internet).

The room is located upstairs on the second floor.

The room is not large enough for children or families to live in; looking for a single individual to occupy the room.

Something to be aware is that some noise from the room below can be audible (TV playing, loud conversations, etc) through the HVAC vents.

Room temperature is set to 72 degrees. The temperature is set to accommodate people on all floors.

Kitchen is shared with other roommates.

Laundry is located next to this room that is shared with other roommates.

Security deposit and first month's rent will be required prior to move in. Background check will also be conducted prior to move in.

Flexible on lease terms. Would prefer a long term renter but may start on a shorter lease/month to month to ensure that it's a good fit for everyone.
