    "I dunno I haven’t attended any community events in my neighborhood. But Colcord has an excellent Halloween party every year; about 5 blocks are shut off to traffic, everyone decorates, there’s music, and it’s pretty neat."

    "The nighborhoods are very confusing safety wise, you can mansions on one block and be in a dangerous part the next block over. I can’t say much about the schools but from what I have heard from teachers Woodway ISD treats staff well so I think there’s probably more retention there "

So, I’ve gotten yelled at by 3 different people about my dogs going on the edge of their lawn by the sidewalk. There’s a lot of people who don’t care for their animals and just let them out of their houses, not fenced, off leash, to roam around the streets. It’s really weird. People are weird "

    "5-20 minute drive to several gas stations, restaurants and retail stores. Local banks close by along with clinics and dentist office. China Spring Schools are within 5-10 minute drive depending on which one attending. Waco Fire Station is 1 mile away."
