Room Description

Large, private, second floor bedroom in a shared house near the Swampscott commuter rail and beach. Tenant will be taking care of cats, plants, and property in exchange for lower rent.

No smoking on the property. Your responsibility will be to keep the property secure and well maintained. You will need to take care of plants, take out trash, feed and water 2 cats, clean a litter box, mow the lawn weekly during the summer/growth months. You will have one side of the double driveway for parking. Lease is 6 months to start, with possibility of renewal and yearly option. First month's rent, last month's rent, and $1,000 security deposit due at signing.
