County San Diego. 2 car garage. RV plus one car or two or three car driveway 35 feet. Offstreet parking spots 1-3. Gardens front yard, no fence, corner lot split rail fenced, backyard securely wire fenced for small dog safety. Dog door from back. Newer 40 year roof 2011? Fully painted 2012? Small front porch. Large window overlooking front yard garden and street. Light and bright gardener friendly SUNLIT corner lot. Several 200-300 year old Jeffrey and Ponderosa pine trees. Two Deodar cedars, one very large. Many roses and clematis. Iris. Lilacs. Peonies. Daffodils. House is two story, but does not appear to be from outside. Exposed beam ceilings downstairs. One bedroom is downstairs by THE bathroom. Two bedrooms, including the Master, are upstairs. Attached garage could most likely get a permit for Master bedroom. Fireplace is a faux brick insert. Gas central heater is very effective. The house has a lot of built in storage cabinets and drawers. AND CLOSETS... something many of these old houses do not have. Built in 1928, stone foundation. I LOVE THIS HOUSE, but it is time for me to let her go.

    "I live here in Wrightwood with my husband. We were married 5 years ago. For both of us this is a 2nd marriage. We have our hometown Church here in WW. Most all our friends attend our chord but not all of them. We live high up on the West side of town, the elevation is higher on this side of town therefore when we do get snow this side usually gets more snow and the snow lasts longer. On a happier moment for the snow if you have children of younger ages they stay pretty occupied in the snow most of the day! Wrightwood definitely has all 4 seasons. The Spring, Summer, and Fall's here in Wrightwood are just gorgeous...we have many different varieties of color and the temperatures in the summer do not go over the 90 degree mark very often. Wrightwood is an excellent place to raise a family. There's not many places out there like it. Truly beautiful place..."
