My property is located 9 miles from alliance on a paved county road. 6 tenths of a mile from a state hyw. The building site is several hundred feet from the road to give you quiet living. The property is maintained very well all the building are in excellent condition and there’s nothing to fix. 12.73 acres and has a large several hundred tree wind break around 3 sides of the buildings. I have maintained the property and buildings myself and there all in excelent condition and maintaince free including new heavy duty steel roofs. the well is 400 ft deep and has excelent water. the septic is concrete and in excelent working order. It can be made into living quarters very easy. there's a 40 x 60 metal building with concrete floor and a big automatic door for east access for an rv or other equipment. There's a 20x 12 steel building half is storge the other half insulated and heated. The garden is fenced and has established raspberries and blackberries with plenty of room for more veggies. There is a mature pie cherry tree and plum tree that produces excelent fruit. the yard has a low maintaince automatic sprinkler system and there is water to the garden. The yard has mature maple trees in the back and cottonwoods in the front. It's also surrounded by 2 sides with mature blue spruce trees. If your looking for a secluded quiet place close to town on clean paved roads you should take a better look. This kind of property is hard to find in this condition with so much to offfer in this area. There’s all new mini split high efficiency heat air conditioning in the house and shop building 2 years ago and warranted for ten years. The shop building has water and sewer so can be made into another living quarters very easy. The 40 x60 Steel shop is insulated so you can work in it in the winter.

This is especially true for students who do not add value to the perception that the school and district is looking for. Students who need motivation and someone to care about them have no one to turn to in this school. The school has had multiple lockdowns this year, with one incident involving a kid bringing a gun to school. The school does not have a working intercom system and there were teachers who did not even know about the student in the school with the gun, so they did not lock down their classrooms. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTeachers above 1st grade ignore parents and special needs kids. They even go so far as to hide them in photos, push them out of class for misunderstood behaviors and won't talk to parents at all unless forced. Send kids to Hemingford.
