This fee is due immediately upon notice of early termination, in addition to any unpaid rent or damages as allowed by California law.

I do have a couple of relatives that I visit often around this location and they have lived here a long time. I feel comfortable visiting during the day and I know the neighborhood had improved quite a bit from years ago when there was gang violence, it’s much quieter and calm. "
