Roku TVs in living room, loft, and primary bedroom.

We can accommodate parking for 3 vehicles.
 My personal vehicle is sometimes parked in one garage spot. Don't worry there is still plenty of room for you!
You have access to 3 parking spaces total: 1 spot inside the garage and 2 spots in the driveway.
Please note that we cannot accommodate oversized vehicles, RVs, trailers, or campers due to space limits and HOA regulations.

Owner pays for all utilities, including wifi. However, there is a cap on electricity of $250/mo; any overage must be paid for by tenant.

Great public schools, clean, safe, friendly neighborhoods, easy highway access and numerous restaurants and entertainment locations within a few miles. Many of the major hospitals supporting Phoenix are located within a few miles; Mayo (2), Paradise Valley (5), and Scottsdale (10). Many miles of trails supporting hiking and biking. At one time this was a road bikers paradise ... not so much now with all the traffic developed north of our location."

Costco a mile away, tons of shopping, especially Desert Ridge Regional Shopping Center is one exit away."
