All the lots are at least 1 acre (ours is 2 acres). Property is level and acreage is fenced for animals. Neighbors are very nice, but pretty much keep to themselves. Across the street is a nursery specializing in blue spruce trees. Although this location has a very country setting, it is only 10 minutes to all your shopping needs in upscale Gresham (pop. 83,585).
