Description

Accepting Back Up Offers - You’ll feel it before you can explain it. This home hasn’t really been lived in, and it shows. Built in 2020 inside the gated Sunrise Preserve community on Palmer Ranch, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath residence with a flex room offers approximately 1,843 square feet that feels closer to new than resale. As you walk through, there’s a noticeable difference in how everything presents, clean, well-kept, and lightly used in a way that stands out immediately. The layout draws you in without effort. The main living space flows naturally, connecting the great room, dining, and kitchen in a way that feels open but still controlled. The flex room is currently set up as an office and additional living space, giving you a clear sense of how it can function day to day. At the same time, it can easily transition into a third bedroom, gym, media room, or whatever fits your lifestyle, giving the home built-in flexibility over time. The kitchen sits at the center, keeping everything connected while maintaining balance. Natural gas adds another layer of value that buyers actively look for, with a gas cooktop, the ability to run a gas dryer, and a gas line already in place for an outdoor grill or future kitchen. Then your attention shifts outside. The lanai features a clear view screen enclosure with no visual obstructions, creating uninterrupted sightlines across the water. With eastern exposure, you get direct sunrise views reflecting off the water, giving you a setting that feels calm, private, and hard to replicate. The travertine stone patio is another detail that makes a difference, staying cooler underfoot and offering a more refined, durable finish compared to standard pavers, especially in the Florida heat. This entire space becomes a natural extension of the home and part of your daily routine. The primary suite is positioned for separation and comfort, while the second bedroom and overall layout maintain flexibility without disrupting the flow. The footprint remains efficient and easy to manage, supported by newer construction that keeps maintenance simple. Sunrise Preserve offers gated entry and a full lifestyle experience with a clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor bar, zero entry saltwater pool with a dedicated lap lane, sun deck, spa, fire pit, tennis and pickleball courts, and walking trails. It’s an active community with consistent social engagement and events. The location ties everything together, just minutes to Siesta Key Beach, UTC, downtown Sarasota, and SRQ Airport, giving you access without inconvenience. With no CDD fees and natural gas, this home brings together features that are increasingly hard to find in one place. Homes like this tend to create a quiet kind of demand. Not rushed, but decisive. And when it fits, you’ll know.

"I am visiting for a couple of weeks and so far Sarasota seem very safe for me. I am staying outside downtown. About 20 minutes outside downtown Sarasota and I feel very safe outside here. I am yet to experience downtown at night."
  • Janice Lowrance
"Lots of dog lovers and dog owners walk their dogs multiple times a day. Lots of retirees walking mostly small dogs as there are size restrictions."
  • John Hermansen
"We have great schools in the area. Siesta Key is a safe place with kind neighbors. We are a popular spot and do get slowed down during tourist season, but it’s a small price to pay for living in paradise. "
  • Karenhudgeons
"Near Payne Park, the Legacy Trail, good schools, Bayfront, downtown. Publix is right across the street."
  • Zoe Folts
"Dogs are welcome in most but not all businesses. People are very dog friendly here. You see people walking their dogs all the time"
  • Irene Melendez-rodriguez
"I love Sarasota. I been living here for 12 years now and it is a beautiful place to live and raise kids. Close to the beach and beautiful areas to visit. "
  • Davidtran125
"Very nice and very good location to live in Sarasota . I am living here and have good friends in Sarasota and very good neighbors "
  • Janice Lowrance

"Many options for bringing neighbors together. You do not have to be a golfer to get involved. Kid friendly. Safe environment with well maintained homes."
  • Pete Mirnyi
"Great schools, beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it’s a good place to grow up and retire. Lots of friendly people around."
  • Sam Tekieli
"Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores is a wonderful, diverse, friendly neighborhood. Beautiful area, much nicer and safer than surrounding areas. I will say that neighbors move in and out too frequently for there to be substantial community, and public transit is accessible but not the best. "
  • Eileen Morris
"My commute to work from where I am currently staying is less than a minute drive and about a 3 minute walk. "
  • Lupez14
"No place for children to play; apartment housing mostly in the area plus assisted living close by along with gated communities. Mostly area is set up for singles or couples. Not alot of areas for kids to play in ,only walking/biking path for families to utilize. There is a community garden nearby. Have to have a vehicle to grocery shop, banking or pharmacy. "
  • Jess.sanderson
"Great and safe for familiars of all kinds. Wonderful neighborhood. Family friendly. Pets welcome. Wonderful. "
  • Kim
"Sarasota is a nice city but overcrowded. Traffic is often heavy. Beach and downtown parking can be extremely difficult. "
  • Nancy
"Convenient to downtown and places to shop and for entertainment and recreation. Good access to essential swrvices and transportation, if necessary, such as shopping, dog walking, and lovely park across the street."
  • Z6dhj7pgwq
"The Bazaar on Lime makes My neighborhood the best! Also, having such close access to downtown. Just a walk away. "

  • Janice Lowrance
"We have a condo in Sarasota and like the laid back vibe here. Neighbors are nice. It is very clean and we love the beaches."
  • Deb Gerardi
"I work less than 5 miles away from my home so the commute is nothing. But when I go anywhere in Sarasota it takes about 45 minutes to get anywhere sometimes it takes an hour. "
  • Kim
"My neighborhood is in a nice area but it’s so overcrowded. Traffic delays are common and it can be difficult to enjoy the things that make Sarasota special. "
  • Rpurdyuf
"Everyone is so helpful and nice!! So many excellent places to visit and the beaches are beautiful. Boating, hikes, shopping and lots of fun entertainment."
  • Kim
"Sarasota has heavy traffic most of the year and tends to have a lot of residents who are not year-round residents. Most neighborhoods are pet friendly. "
  • Dana Smith
"Roads are quite busy but the highway is easily accessible, many businesses in the area, and a short drive to the beach!"
  • Rnegron42
"I only live 5 miles from work and it’s not that bad of a commute. In season it takes about 25 min . When I lived in Lakewood Ranch it was a nightmare and took over an hour."
  • Loveeamberrosee
"Very dog friendly see people out and about all the time with their pups dog parks and dog beaches around too"
  • Roandersen
"Variety of home styles brings in variety of residents, permanent and seasonal. Rules are strict and neighborhood monitors report the smallest of violations, such as leaving your garbage bins out late if you have a long day or putting them out too early, not pruning dried palm fronds immediately, and not planting garden areas to match neighbors. If you are not here full time or are away on vacation you must hire someone to be sure you don’t violate any of the very picky rules. Residents have little use of the club, tennis, pickleball or golf courses without paying exorbitant fees. Having said that, as an elderly woman living alone I feel safe in this development. The safety patrol is responsive and will come 24-7 if you have a concern. Not much of a neighborhood feel."
  • Johnwest3004
"I’ve been here since last year and it’s a great area. I am here for business but contemplating a permanent move "
  • Trulia User
"We have lived here for 8 years snd love it! We enjoy walking, biking, dining out and shopping here. We walk our dog day and night and always feel safe. "
  • Trulia User
"loved this neighborhood.wish I never had to move from it just had no choice all houses were occupied at the time."
  • Trulia User
"I don’t actually have one. I work from home, but if you walk out of the development, there is a bus stop not too far away if you don’t have a car. Most things are within 20 minutes away from here."
  • Trulia User
"People generally speaking are very polite, many very god restaurant around. The city is very clean and you feel safe. The vibe of the city is unique to be in the Florida west coast. "
  • Trulia User
"people are Friendly's and watch out for one another. it's a safe place to live , close to everything you may need "
  • Trulia User
"Lots of people waking their dogs especially in the nearby park, there are also several dog parks nearby."
