If you live on a “popping block” prepare for loud noise & trash outside constantly, not to mention crime. I live across from a corner store and there was a shooting yesterday. "

My block(close to front and Olney) is beautiful, well maintained (the people on this block have been here a long time and are older (34+), and neighborly. I take safety precautions still because 3 blocks down and it is totally different 🤷🏿‍♀️. Basically do your research."
