This two-bedroom, one-bathroom, upstairs apartment is centrally located in Bayfield and includes a porch, off-street parking, and shared yard space. Tenant pays electric. $40/month per person for w/s/t. No pets allowed. Students are ok with references. No smokers. No washer/dryer. Move in date may vary depending on when unit is ready.

If you want to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside our office - just make sure to label payments with your name and the rental address. Once we have ALL applications, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
