The bedroom is equipped with two queen beds(2 can be used together as a large bed or separately), a set of night stands as well as lamps with usb chargers built in and a smart tv. There is a large smart tv in the living room as well as 2 sofas (one is a sleeper sofa) and a dining table fit for yourself and dinner guest. There is also a desk and chair for your working and studying needs. Washer and dryer included in the unit.
Outdoors you will find a dining set, shared bbq gas grill as well as a pool and jacuzzi.
Move in cost t $1500 per month, $1500 security deposit, making the total move in cost $3000.

Small cat or dog is an addtional $25/month.

    "The EastGate neighborhood is a hidden gem. There are a number of nice, older homes on good-sized lots, with many being upgraded with every new owner or already renovated. There are also many future opportunities as you look around. It's a perfect location between historic downtown Venice on the Island, and east to I-75 and the new areas being built out there. There's a Publix a block over and Venice Avenue isn't as busy as Route 41. Even with all the growth and new development, this part of Venice remains low-key and very pleasant. The homes here are a good value for the money and worth either buying and renovating, or buying an upgraded one. One of the best areas in the city that is not on the island, and my family has been here since the early 90s."
