This is a rent to own and it's a great deal for someone who maybe can't qualify or some thing and wants to own a house. The down payment is 6000 total but you can put 4000 down and the rest overtime if you have good job history and good landlord references. I'm very particular about the people who live in our house because we want to keep it really nice so you would need to have good references and we do not take section 8. But if you do live in one of our houses, we treat you very well. And at the end instead of just paying rent you own the house
