3 bedroom 2 bath house. Needs work. Market value of $250,000. Will sell for less. We can make a deal. At least $3000 a month. Utilities extra. (About $100 for water, sewer, and garbage; Electricity currently about $500 a month, gas $30 a month) Total lease time negotiable. Property includes small apartment where I would live for the first year or year and a half. You can have all major appliances and much of the furniture. Other things would be yours to sell or to trash.
