LVPOA amenities include, access to multiple lake side parks, Frisbee golf course, boat ramps, tennis courts, pools in summer, $50 one time fee for x2 Gyms. Unit was built in 1972 and is a little outdated (priced accordingly) but very functional, everything works and is very quiet and cozy with lots of nature.

12 Month lease, 1k deposit, Renter must follow all HOA rules, renter is responsible for Electric, Water fee per month/determined by use, Internet or cable service, One parking spot allowed under unit.

    "There are many families in this neighborhood. It’s small town but is just close enough to the larger suburban area (15 min). A+ school district. Beautiful hill country area with a access to many lake parks. Perfect area for settling in and raising your family. "

It used to be quiet but not the construction has become awful and the wildlife are endangered because their habit is dwindling. Their is no bridge so traveling to Austin takes over an hour. We most likely will move soon."
