Carpeted floors except kitchen and bathroom. 3 mins walk to bus routes at Ferry st and connect to Wellington station. 3 mins walk to beautiful Florence St park.
Owner pays water and trash, Tenant responsible for electricity and gas - depends on usage but cost 100 to 150$. Preferred 6 to 12 months lease term starting Sept 1st.
No more than 4 occupants for the unit. Preferred student/s, a working couple or a small family.
Move in cost first month + last month (as security deposit) collected. Small pets ok. Two differnent entrance to the unit through 2 separate stairs front and back of the house. No lift. Street parking but always available near by. Overflow parking near Florence st.

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
