1. Rent:
Monthly Rent: $2500
Payment Due Date: 1st of each month.
2. Security Deposit:
Amount: 2500
Purpose: To secure the property and cover any damages caused by the Tenant.
3. Utilities:
Landlord Pays: Water
Tenant Pays: Wi-Fi, propane, sewage, and electricity
4. Property Maintenance:
Tenant Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and order within the property.
Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
5. Pets:
Pets are allowed with prior written consent from the Landlord.
Pet fees may apply.
Pets must be well-behaved and not cause damage to the property.
6. Parking:
A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed on the property.
