Located steps from downtown Hampton and only 2 1/2 miles from the beach where your town beach sticker will grant you parking at Resident Only Lots. Walk to the Old, Salt, Greg's The 401, Hagan's Grill,Galley Hatch, Santiago's, and more.

Absolutely no smoking on the premises. Owner pays for Water and Garbage Collection - tenant is responsible for heating (efficient natural gas forced hot air) and electric service. Tenant is also responsible for shoveling out their parking spot in winter. I will consider a small, well behaved dog but will require meeting the dog and there will be an additional $50 per month pet fee.

If you're commuting to Boston, Portland or Manchester Route 101 is 1/2 mile away and Interstate 95 is 2 miles away. 2 1/2 miles to Exeter shopping but still in the Hampton School District. Best of both Worlds. Beaches are just 6-7 miles east."
