About this House

Nice white colonial with black shutters nice quiet street entering through doorway is an archway into the foyer. Living room has fire place with old fashioned candle lighting fixtures on walls throughout house. Oil heating the old cast iron water type with wooden protectors over them. French doors and cabinets give it a real touch of class. Kitchen has plenty of French cabinets and cupboard space with a small pantry. Dining room is medium in size. There is a den with book cases built into walls and the ceiling fan I painted to go with room color and curtains and where you hang the curtains has a wooden over layer. The back porch was just done this year still needs its second coat on bottom of porch if it ever stops raining. It has a nice fenced in yard put up 2 years ago with a tire swing on tree. There is a garage once used for horse and buggy and doesn't go out to the street but good to keep things in and a door to basement and in between we keep our grill during summer. The basement has a full basement and off from it a laundry room and another way out to garage. It is oil heat and the stove and dryer are gas. Upstairs is the first bedroom it is three toned light green dark green and it has a closet. Off the green room is a walk up attic which we just use for storage. In the hallway upstairs we have an alarm system. The bathroom is Kiltzed debating on color it has a bathtub shower combination with a sliding glass doors. Burgundy bedroom is master bedroom with gold trim the theme is elephants to give it elegance. Medium sized bedroom is yellow. All rooms except for den and kitchen have lights on the wall. It is like going back in time and history and is a historical house the way it has been kept. It was built in 1930 and structure is secure.
