Offers town water and sewers & hot water baseboard heat.
Monthly rent is $2,000, 2 months security deposit required. ONE SMALL PET MAY BE NEGOTIABLE, lawn maintenance and snow removal is the tenants responsibility. Utilities and heating oil are paid by the tenant.
I have had long term tenants in this home for many years who are now relocating to another state. IT IS STILL CURRENTLY OCCUPIED.
