"Much of our neighborhood has lived here for 10+ years and many families have grown up on the same street. We have sidewalks and I feel safe having my kids ride their bikes and play with other kids in the neighborhood. Everyone looks out for each other. We have mature trees and not just palm trees that offer no shade. It’s a nice and quiet part of town!"
