This one bedroom apartment is located near the Oakway Mall. Excellent Location, near shops, stores, great restaurants, parks. We are a pet friendly community with a pet park for your furry friend.

Some additional information:

We are a smoke-free complex, located on Coburg Rd. conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, I-5 entrance, and schools. Our complex includes apartments that are one bedroom lofts and apartments, two bedroom apartments, and three bedrooms both townhouse style and flats! Our deposit amounts are $400, $800 and $1600 and will be based on the results of the screening.

You will appreciate the lovely amenities we offer, a seasonal heated pool, on-site manager and maintenance, beautifully landscaped grounds, community room with a 55-inch TV and cable, and numerous fitness equipment. We also have two on-site laundry facilities.

Bringing a furry friend? Wonderful! We are dog and cat friendly, with some breed restrictions. We allow up to two pets in the apartment. There would be an additional refundable deposit of $250 per pet, as well as a $25 monthly pet rent per pet.
