About this House

I can't believe that this house is only $52,000. There must be some mistake, I need to double check the listing. The house is in move-in ready condition with the exception of clean the carpets better and maybe light touch up the back deck and gazebo need to be painted. There's a hot tub in the gazebo with a cover on it. The backyard is nice and fenced. This is the best buy I've seen all day. (Internet 5738550-1/9/2012)
