Damages: Any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by negligence or misuse by the tenant, occupants, or guests, is the tenant's responsibility and may be deducted from the security deposit. The tenant is responsible for repair costs that exceed the amount of the security deposit.
Alterations: No alterations, painting, installations, or modifications to the property are allowed without the landlord's prior written approval.
Pets: No pets are permitted unless approved by the landlord. If approved, a pet deposit and/or additional pet rent may be required.
