Includes yard cleanup every two weeks. Off street parking for two vehicles.

Viewing is only available to qualified renters. Do not request a tour if you are not looking for a fully-furnished, mid-term rental.

    "I grew up in this area and I moved back around a yr ago. It has deteriorated over the yrs,sadly. The south side has alot of violence:shootings,drugs,break-ins and gang violence. There has been a few shootings recently in oakland park. There is a good bit of abandoned houses in the neighborhood. We definitely keep the doors locked. The schools are terrible,If we stay in the area will be hard-shipping my kids or home schooling next yr. "
