Must have good credit (720 minimum) for each adult in the residence.

Water and garbage are included, paid by owner. Tenant pays for gas and electric (PGE). Only small dogs (no cats, or medium and large dogs, 'over 20 lbs'), absolutely no smoking of any substance (tobacco, marijuana, or any other, including 'vaping') what so ever anywhere on property (inside / outside). Must have good credit for each adult living in the residence (at least 720) to qualify. Every adult in the residence must pass a background check, credit check, and sign the lease. Tenancy must not exceed four people in total.

Any person not on the lease is not allowed a stay of longer than two weeks. Subletting is not allowed under any circumstances.

BUT I was blessed enough to meet several people at the library in a social group. Coincidentally all moved here from other areas all over the country. At least we all agree that Almaden sucks. Lol. "
