This home is located on the outskirts of southeast of Decatur. The home offers city water and an updated septic system in 2020, Both barns offer electric and front barn offers air water and also offers new furnace and roof. Loads of space and opportunity to add a living space. Security system is connected to the home with sensors and a pin pad, also has a dusk to dawn security light. The north red barn was built in 2004.
In 2023 a new cooling coil replaced in home system. The sump pump was replaced in 2022. The waterproof Pergo flooring added in 2022 with baseboards. Washing machine was purchased in 2022, In 2021 the reverse osmosis system was replaced. Along with copper tubing to refrigerator.
the outside air conditioner condensor was replace in 2021.
The granite counter stainless kitchen sink with a touchless faucet and appliances were replaced in 2020. In the west bathroom a new granite counter, faucet, sink, shower door, low level flow toilets (both baths).

I constantly have to worry if my car will be stolen or vandalized while I'm not paying attention. I constantly hear gunshots at night, emergency vehicle sirens, noisy train horns, people getting into loud arguments and fistfights, it seems like it never stops. The air in Decatur reeks like cheap dog food if you're lucky, and like a wastewater treatment plant if you're not."
