About this House

What's unique:Access to tennis courtMultiple parking spotsMaster bedroomLarge room

I recently moved from San Francisco to SLC with work and I am renting the upstair part of my house. The house is 3 bedroom 3 bed, located 2 miles away from Big Cottonwood Canyon and 4 miles away from Utah's two biggest ski resorts, hikes and two golf courses. I live and work from the basement that has its own kitchen, washer/dryer and its own access way, you will have the rest of the house (living, dinning, kitchen, master bedroom and a large room, backyard, access to tennis court and swimming pool, a multiple parking spots, added new washer/dryer that is only for the tenant). I will be paying almost all of the utilities (through HOA) you will cover gas and electricity. The house can be fully furniture or you can bring your own to make it feel like your own home. I am looking for clean, nice, quiet working professionals to share this great place with (at this point no pets)

Renter is responsible for connecting their on electricity with Rocky Mountain Power.

"There are plenty of parks and places to walk your dogs! People are very friendly and so are most of the other dogs. If they don’t like cats though that might be a problem because there is a lot of outdoor cats who travel from yard to yard to hangout and say hi "
