Have a fully furnished room in my house to share with myself and my two goofy huskes! A great space for someone with "light" footprint to share the space, ideally folks in transition, new to the area looking for a place to land temporarily until they find their forever home, or folks in town working for a short period of time,
Rent is month to month, ideally open to 1 month to 3 month rentals (if it works well could be open to more). Prefer like minded individuals, women tend to be easier lifestyle fits but open to either. Preferred late 30's to 40's ish but open to talking to the right folks. Prefer no pets. Refundable First & Last months for move in.
Its a nice property on a half acre, with off street parking. The house is on the smaller side and somehow i have nearly maxed out the garages, so im looking for folks who have a light footprint, basically clothes, accessories and dont need storage! i have all the kitchen essentials, WIFI, TV for your room if you'd like it with all the connected streaming etc.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school really isn’t the best. I’m currently in 8th grade, and there have been at least 5 fights every semester. Although the teachers try their bests to break them up, it doesn’t succeed. I know a teacher that hurt her back breaking up a fight before I even was in this school. I hope she’s okay now. But overall, this school is a bit disappointing. I don’t think it’s the school, but more it’s students. I believe there should be more enforcement to change this schools students. Kids act like they are fond of their teachers, and teacher think they have relationships with said students. But those kids are actually the biggest bullies and hate those teachers. But the principal is rude and seems annoyed with special education students and prefers to send them to other schools. There's a lot of tension between teachers and the principal.
