    "The Pleasant Valley Estates is just that, pleasant. The estates have the perfect feel of out of town but in just 3 min you can be right in the heart of shopping for any and all of your needs. The general feel around the subdivision is middle class, relaxed, and family friendly. With the new interstate access being put it you can literally get anywhere within 10 min with low-no traffic and about 15min at rush depending on the route you take. All-in-all a great place to retire, start a family and/or raise a family."
