Walls from living room to dining room and dining room to kitchen were opened up to give a more open feeling to house. New flex room added and separate laundry room added. Master room bathroom was enlarged for better use and larger shower. A/C furnace coil Ducts are new, All electrical systems are new, All light fixtures are new, all gas lines are new, all inside and outside plumbing lines are new.

Lease is for 1 yr but is negotiable for short term but rent would be adjusted accordingly. Pets must be friendly non aggressive, Landlord must meet, no more than 2 pets and have proof of vaccination and local vet. $250 per pet deposit. Absolutely NO SMOKING in house. Automatic forfeiture of deposit if house smells of smoke. You may smoke anywhere outside the house. Please note that we will continue to beautify the outside of property as time goes on. Landscaping, new driveway, gutters, you will have notification when this will happen and we Will work with you to make sure we inconvenience you as little as possible. Parking in street is acceptable. You will be responsible for all Bills, We will be responsible for all maintenance. A/C and Furnace will be serviced 2 times per year by our heating and air conditioning company. You are required to water and mow grass.
