"We live here, ourselves, and as agents in the area, we can compare it, in detail, to others areas in the Greater NW of Houston, where we have shown homes extensively and SOLD over $100 million in homes representing our clients. The quality-of-life is outstanding, considering beauty of surroundings, amenities available, condition and upkeep of grounds and common areas, as well as by homeowners, convenience and proximity of shopping, restaurants, entertainment, recreation, open friendliness of neighbors, quality and rated-performance of Benignus Elementary school right inside Windrose, Krimmel Intermediate school right across from that, and Klein Oak High school, nearby.
