"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 4 years. It is quiet and friendly. It’s one of the nicest areas I’ve ever lived in. There’s a walking trail so you don’t have to worry about walking just in the street and there are dog parks and sports parks all around."

"I commute 30 minutes each way to work. I have previously worked as far as an hour each way but there is access to toll roads that help with the time of the commute "

"Cynthia Mitchell pavilion. Concerts. The market. Mall all close and walking distance. Waterway square and the annual art walk on the water is pretty special. "
