This fully furnished home the provides modern amenities (such as all new appliances, and brand new bathrooms), while keeping a rustic, " Lakeside Cabin" feel to the property. Two Living areas, including a fire place, a bar, a record player, a large back porch with nature park and lake views.
Access to private 35 acre HOA park, as well as boat parking and access to one of the deepest boat ramps on Lake Travis is included.

6 month or longer lease.

6+ month lease is preferred. Lease term can be negotiated. Rrice does not include utilities . Payment for month due at 1st of month. All park and neighborhood rules must be followed. Travis landing is a quiet and private neighborhood.
Renter has access to the private park, accessible by walking through the backyard, or driving through the gate. Smoking is allowed on the back porch, cigarette butts MUST be discarded appropriately. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house. Parking is allowed on the driveway and in the gravel lot up front. Boat storage can be discussed. Tenants are responsible for trash to be taken out on Fridays, and for empty bins to be brought back by Sunday.
No more than 2 pets will be allowed without further discussion.

Been more than 3 murders in the past 4 years within 5 min of this property and the crime type still has a presence here but that is what happens if you gentrify a area fast it takes time to change a whole area "

The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. They also dumpster dive very frequently, but for the most part, they are really nice and respectful."

It’s a family friendly neighborhood. I see the neighbors walking with their children and their families are comfortable visiting them here in this neighborhood. I feel safe in this neighborhood. It’s a quiet neighborhood. There’s the capital Metro rail and it’s not loud. It’s Neighbourhood friendly. I recently had a tree farm in my yard and someone visiting a neighbor on my block, called the police department for me and notified me right away during the storm."
