"This a great location, with easy access to Marsha Sharp and the Loop. The newest shopping centers and restaurants are very convenient. It’s Close to Tech and the medical district as well as the flag ship United grocery store. For Lubbock, it has mature trees. "

"There’s a lot of kids who play in the street frequently. It’s a safe neighborhood and is in a great school district. There are also a lot of rental properties, so neighbors do come and go. "
