Washer/dryer in the apartment. 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in a 4-plex. Recently updated cultured marble shower and new toilet. Kitchen has been recently renovated. Partially furnished. There's a $40 application fee per person and the security deposit is $350 and a $150 lease initiation fee per person. For a May to May lease the rent is broken into 4 payments. This apartment is rented as a full group apartment and is set up for 3 roommates with private rooms. Private Room: Summer payment $850 due April 15th, School year three payments of $1750 due June 1st, Aug 1st, and Oct 1st.
To apply, you will need to fill out an application, followed by a link to Transunion Smartmove to complete a credit/background check. Tenants pay their own utilities. We also require renter's insurance.
Parking passes are $250 for the school year.
