"Easy access to down town and freeways. I like the location and it’s a friendly area, nice place to take walks and not have to worry about anything. "

"We have the Utah Olympic oval, and hold fire water and ice every year at the rec center. It’s a fun celebration. We also have usana ampitheater really close, which can be really cool in the summer. "

"I have lived in Kearns most of my life and it is a decent lower-middle class existence. People are friendly for the most part and there are lots of kids. Kearns has always had a worse reputation than the reality of living here has proven. We have never had any problems with crime and I've lived in Kearns for a total of 30+ years."
