"I've lived in my house now for 4 yrs and I know every neighbor around me by first and last name. we all look out for each other and we all help one another when someone needs something. everyday that I go outside it is always peaceful and the neighbors don't bother me unless I'm up by the road checking my mail or working on a project in my workshop. we are always talking as I am almost always working on something."

"this area abounds in manznita. it is steep and largely inaccessible to the center of the property. the home itself is very nice and in another location would be well worth the asking price."
