4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI graduated this school back in 2010. to put it bluntly, I was the only white in the class. It was a little off putting, it amazes me how people can be ignorant about this, I had maybe one good teacher. I felt misplaced most of the time otherwise. I had an English teacher that made me feel uncomfortable because of my race, on ocassion never said anyting about it just how it felt, never stood up for me whenver a comment was made or a boy would say something about it either.Other Review5y ago - Southlawn Middle School

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is the worst school you can ever send your kids. I’m a Parent and the people at this school don’t have any respect for the kids or the parents. The assistant principal and the principal do not communicate with you. They don’t care about these kids.Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 57 Raines Ave.

"Forest Hills is located in mid Town. It is a large neighborhood near interstates, main hiways and roads. 15 mins to the mall, 6 mins for Gunter AFB, 15 mins to Maxwell AFB and downtown. There is plenty of shopping and grocery stores in walking distance and also a bus stop. As is common in cities now there are occasion shots heard and break-ins. Thugs are everywhere tho and its no worse than anywhere else in Montgomery. It is nice to feel like you in a wooded community and be really in the midst of town. I like the neighborhood!"
