There is a two-car garage that is 25' x 35' with a workshop, plus a garden/wood shed and a gambrel style barn that measures 18.5' x 24'. The snowmachine trail and ATV trail go right by the house. It is very close to Jay Peak and Burke Mountain. The local hospital is less than 10 minutes away, and downtown Newport is 5 minutes away.

"Coventry is conveniently close to parks, ski resorts, state parks, and other activities. Coventry also offers school choice and scholarships to the prestigious Stanstead College in Canada. "
