Please provide me with a small description of who will be living in the apartment, current address and reason for leaving. Earliest possible move in date would be June the apartment is occupied until the end of May so showings are not possible until then. First month rent and damage deposit due at signing this is a month to month lease. All adults in the apartment must pass a background check.
