My place is your favorite cozy room or master suite, with private bathroom, or semi-private bath, fully newly furnished with room door key lock for your privacy, plus all included. My rental arrangement, offer a unique set up to provide renters, with the best short term room rental experience.

My place is always clean, and fully private at all times, for you to enjoy your day, with no hustle or traffic of visitor's during your stay....You almost feel like you have my place to yourself...

iIf a peaceful setting Golf course neighborhood, is what you were looking for...Even if you play golf or not this is it you will enjoy it here.

TERMS: ONLY- RENT ONE PERSON / NO COUPLE RENTAL.

LOCAL RENTER'S MUST WORK OR STUDY FULL TIME NOT FROM HOME...Must be neat and organized, the type that clean right after themselves, no messy room, kitchen, living room, bathroom etc.

FULL HOUSE ACCESS EXCEPT LIVING ROOM SHARING LIMIT TO ONLY 4 HOURS PER DAY....When we at home.

The rooms are fully furnished, with newly decorated furniture's, new mattress, Comforters, sheets, Laptop tables, chair, reading lamps, plus all start up essentials included, just bring your clothes and toothbrush etc.

Local Renter's Rates:
2-Months contract rental $250.00 per week.

3-Months contract rental $200.00 per Week.

3-Months Maximum contract RENTAL. Extension beyond 3 months, will depend upon the right CANDIDATE or the schedule on the calendar per terms , viewing available late afternoon or early evening only.
Winters Seasonal Renters RATES:

1-Month $400.00 per week.
2-Months $350.00 per week.
3-Months $275.00 Per week.

My place is conveniently located to all fast food restaurants, Publix, Walmart, Save a lot, Walgreens, CVS, Region Bank, and gas stations, all withing 2 miles and only 20 minutes to College of Central Florida.

I'm Only looking for quiet respectful friendly people. Zero drama, NO drugs non smokers of any kind inside the condo. No hangouts with friends etc.

NO VISITORS, NO OVERNIGHT STAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment Options: Weekly only or advance payments ok!

To move in all you need is the Security deposit of $700.00 +1st. or 2nd week rent if you get pay biweekly.

With all the land being destroyed around us there are more and more sightings of bears etc. Always keep your pets on a leash and carry a blow horn, pepper spray and maybe even a taser. You never know is when you might have to try to rescue your fur baby. Better safe than sorry. "

    "I’ve lived here my entire life. I was born in 2000 and am turning 24 in October. Ocala has some things for little children, but it mainly caters to the adult and wealthy populations (ie, downtown & WEC). There is little to nothing to do as a teenager/young adult, or a poor person, for free or low cost. Ocala’s refusal to cater to the young adult and poor population has been a very direct contributor to the rise of drug use and violent crime. "

    "The weather here is amazing! The Neighborhood is a diverse area with many friendly people. Lots of people walk on the long sidewalk that rust along Marion Oaks Trail. There is also endless paved/dirt trails to ride on the Green Way. I ride my E-trike to the trailhead on 49th ave, it’s 10 minutes from my house, there is another trailhead near by as well. There’s a 2 story Publix, 711, hair place, nail place and a Walmart within 5 miles from here. Plus the Beach is 45 minutes away. The Rainbow River is 20 minutes away And they are all super easy to find. "
