The living room has two recliners, one sofa, and an entertainment system with a TV. The office has a recliner, a desk, and bookshelves. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The primary bedroom has a bed, two nightstands, and a dresser. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a separate shower, and a stand-alone tub.

There are two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a bed, nightstands, and a small dresser, the second bedroom has a bookshelf, the third bedroom has a bed. All beds are queen-sized. Near the two additional bedrooms is a guest bathroom, and the laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Outside is a Florida room with a decorative fireplace, a recliner, and a small table with two chairs. The backyard has an outdoor sofa and a table with chairs.

This property can also be rented on a monthly basis (30 days minimum). All utilities are included at $3200 plus sales tax of 12.5%, for a total monthly rent of $3600 for leases under 6 months duration.

LEASE COMMENCEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Once approved, the lease commencement date must be within 14 days of approval. If the property is unavailable for move-in, the lease commencement date must be set within 14 days of the expected availability date.

This property is not set up for housing vouchers.

We charge a lease preparation fee of $100 before move-in
Application fee is $75 per adult applicant. No co-signers or guarantors.

NOTE: The tenant is responsible for all utilities if the property is rented for 7-12 months lease. Lawn Maintenance is provided. On-demand Pest Control with PestShare is included in the Resident Benefit Package as well as regular pest control.
