Repairs NEEDED (for top dollar condition):
Exterior painting and minor cosmetic stucco repairs, Flooring - NEEDS NEW FLOORING in living & dining rooms, hall & 3 bedrooms, window replacement - the windows that were installed need the framing done around the windows & the windows that have not been installed, need installation (but the windows are included in the price & are still in their original packaging), AC Repair - AC needs a new condenser to be operate properly but heat works. other misc. repairs needed such as base boards, painting on some of the walls, minor yard cleanup/landscaping, closet upgrades (if preferred), new popcorn on ceilings (if preferred).
