**If you are impacted by the LA-area fires, happy to connect. Property is zoned for 4-H animals for those who need temporary accommodations for their animals.**

Fully furnished, 30 day minimum, Pet friendly.

Wild Hearts Hollow is a newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath single family home in the countryside of east Paso in the community of Ground Squirrel Hollow. It's single story with a yard, fire pit and is dog friendly. If you're looking for a quiet place in the country that's 15 minutes from town and close to wineries, this place is worth checking out.

This 1500+ square foot home is newly renovated with a brand new kitchen, flooring, paint, furniture, and other details that is inspired by bringing the outdoors in. The common areas of the kitchen and living room are open concept, with barstool seating at the kitchen island and an art feature: light installation on the faces of the island facing the living areas. The master suite has a slider to the backyard and a "secret closet" behind sliding bookcases.

The home has hardwood flooring (luxury vinyl plank) except the master, which is carpet. The master bath is a custom design and has a "jungle glam" vibe - open shower with rain head and soaking tub. The shared bath has a shower/tub combo. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the east side of the home, and one bedroom is on the west side. In-unit washer/dryer can be found on the west side of the home, along with storage space.

The backyard is a full acre with great views (that is maintained by a local landscaper), ideal for a relaxing afternoon into evening by the fire. The neighborhood consists of similar 1-acre farmhouse-style homes. Many folks have animals, including horses, chickens, sheep, goats there are even llamas a few doors down! If you have 4-H animals that need a place to stay, the property is zoned for this purpose. This home represents a retreat of true country living.

"Generally speaking, dogs are frowned upon and often disguised as cats in some neighborhoods on the east side of town where they enforce the rule."
  • Dena S.
"We have ample transportation here in this neighborhood especially the local Paso express and the Arta bus!!"
  • aGregg
"No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs, keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
  • Tracyskarma
"Everybody is very friendly and they look out for each other.. Nice parks nearby and also a excellent Mexican food & margarita restaurant."
