Two bedroom home that includes a studio wing with one bedroom, bath, and family/sun room. This home is fully furnished with all kitchenware and appliances included. Subletting is not permitted.
Trash service, water, internet, and first $100 of electric bill are included. Propane (for the gas stove and bathroom hot water) is the responsibility of the tenant, with full tanks to be provided at the beginning of the lease. Kitchen sinks have electric instant hot water.

Beautiful vistas and walking trails. Major stores are nearby in Sierra Vista. Equidistant between Sierra Vista and historic Bisbee.

We will negotiate a rent reduction if you would be willing to caretake our cat, who otherwise we will re home elsewhere. We would provide all supplies needed.This may not work if you have a pet. Thank you for your consideration
