-The home is located within the prestigious PGA West private gated community. Relax outside, float in the salt water pool, soak in the private spa and watch golfers on the 8th hole. -Master Suite includes a King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, Large His and Her closets, and large bathroom with dual sinks, large jacuzzi tub and large shower.

-Bedroom 2 includes Queen Bed, large closet, ensuite bathroom with shower

-Bedroom 3 includes Queen bed, Futon, large closet, ensuite with shower

-Guest bathroom features large counter top sink

-Laundry room has washer, dryer and large counter space with an assortment of laundry pods and dryer sheets.

-Garage has 1 car space, Free weight area and owner personal items including Golf Cart (Golf Cart is not for renter use).

-Please note the home has a security cameras and Noise monitors for your protection

-Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guest during your stay.

-Guest passes: Please provide owner with all guest names for registration

-Utilities to be paid by guest- A base rate will be included in monthly rental fees. Charges beyond base deposit will be collected at the end of rental period.

-Citations are the responsibility of renter and guest

-No Smoking.
-Noise must be kept at a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.
-Fee to heat the pool/spa is based on current utility rate

Other things to note:
- Rules are strictly enforced
- Agree to all terms in rental agreement
- No Smoking (violation will result in $500 or greater)
- Outdoor quite hours between 10pm to 7am
- Day guest are limited
- Outdoor music must be at a reasonable level
- Guests agree to be responsible during all hours and maintain reasonable noise levels
indoors and outdoors.
- Pool and spa and yard are not fenced or gated.
-Home is not child proof
- Pet rules are enforced in Pga West community
-Concierge service is provided for Monday trash and recycling pick up
-Pest control service is provided
-Golf Course is private and trespassing is not allowed at any time

This home is available for short and long term leasing. Seasonal rates apply, ask owner for rate. Renters must treat the home and community with the utmost respect. All renters and guest must abide by the Pga West Community Rules and regulations as well as city of La Quinta rules and ordinances. Renters and guest understand that they are responsible or any citations issued due to their behavior and those of their guest. A copy of the CC&R's, Main rule document, Good Neighbor and Good Guest brochures, pet agreement and $250 fee (if applicable) will be provided in addition to the lease. Golf cart on lremises is for owner use only. Owners can assist in helping renters rent carts and have them registered at PGA West. Renters and guest will agree to vacate the property at the end of the leasing term and agree that there will not be any attempts to squat on premises and understands that in the event of such behavior, any and all legal action will be exercise. We want your stay to be as enjoyable and seamless as possible.
