The reason CP is such a hot market is the schools are the best kept secret on LI. Class sizes K-12 are small. College level AP courses are plentiful. Kids who perform at a high level have plenty of company with like students. Children who would normally struggle elsewhere, get the additional aid and attention they need. The principals are out front and know every student's name. From Math to Business courses the kids have many choices. "The bands and shows and movies they show in the square on Post Ave in the summer time are great! Visit the Juice Cafe and Nana’s Coffee Shop – great little finds that remind you of the city right in the local area"

"I grew up in Westbury, moved to another town for about 4 years and couldn’t wait to return as a renter. Westbury is a very large town so some reviews may vary depending on where you are looking to move. One of my favorite things about living in Westbury is the location. You are close to Jones Beach, close to Roosevelt Mall, and close to a few different train stations. Breezy Hill section of Westbury has a lot of 2 family homes and apartments and is close to Post Ave. Salisbury is more single family homes. Overall I love it here!"
