It is a Nice home with a FENCED IN BACKYARD and a garage for one car and remotes to open the close the garage door. An easy 15-minute drive past the lovely Warren Wilson College to Asheville to the west and 8 min drive to Black Mountain to the east. One bedroom is turned into a study which I keep locked, so there are essentially two bedrooms with 2 baths. I usually work on the dining room table within easy reach of the kitchen. There are also smaller desks in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops, a coffee maker, an expresso maker, and a tea kettle. Brand new 59" flat screen tv. SMALL DOGS ONLY AND CATS. The rent is $2100 per month.
